On January 30, according to Lao Dong's source, Lang Son Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Decision to supplement the state budget expenditure estimate for 2026 for a number of communes and wards to perform the task of determining specific land prices to serve projects in the area.
According to the Decision, the total additional funding assigned is 1.6 billion VND, from other expenditures of the provincial budget that have been allocated in the 2026 estimate.
In which, Dong Kinh ward is allocated the largest budget with 1.1 billion VND. The remaining localities include Hoang Van Thu commune assigned 366 million VND, Van Lang commune 92 million VND, Nhan Ly commune 80 million VND and Tan Doan commune 22 million VND.
The additional funding source is to serve the task of determining specific land prices in 2026, meeting the requirements of implementing investment projects, land recovery, compensation, support, and resettlement in accordance with the law on land and the state budget.
The People's Committee of Lang Son province requests the People's Committees of communes and wards assigned funds to be responsible for managing, using and finalizing capital sources for the right purpose, in accordance with regulations, ensuring timely and effective implementation, absolutely preventing loss, waste, and negativity.
The Department of Finance is responsible for inspecting and supervising the management and use of funds of supplemented units, and at the same time is fully responsible before the law and the Provincial People's Committee for the accuracy and conformity of the data and advice content.
