Provincial road 325B is the main traffic axis through Xuan Lung commune (Tien Kien commune, former Lam Thao district). Recently, more than 4km of provincial road 325B has been widened and spacious (the project to renovate and upgrade the road connecting Provincial Road 325B, connecting Ho Chi Minh road to Ngoc Thap bridge and the rescue route).
However, in the former Tien Kien commune, there are still about 1.2km of provincial road 325B with a narrow current state, with densely populated residential areas on both sides of the road.

It is worth mentioning that this section connects National Highway 32C to the gate to the Hung Temple Festival center, playing an important role in connecting Lam Thao district, Phu Tho town (old) with Viet Tri city area (old).
Day by day, the number of vehicles circulating on this route is increasing. Especially, during the days of Hung Kings Commemoration - Hung Temple Festival and Dat To Culture and Tourism Week recently, there were many times when this route section was congested due to a sudden increase in traffic volume.

With National Highway 32C, the section from the intersection with provincial road 325B (also known as Tien Kien intersection) to the entrance to the Hung Temple festival center - is about 1.9km long, passing through Xuan Lung and Hy Cuong communes.
Similar to provincial road 325B, the section of National Highway 32C mentioned above is currently narrow, with crowded residential areas on both sides of the road, and has experienced traffic congestion in recent peak days.

According to people, the upgrading and expansion of the two sections of provincial road 325B and National Highway 32C (total length of about 3.1km) mentioned above is urgent, meeting the needs of goods transportation, and making it easier to connect to the entrance to the Hung Temple Festival center.
Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan - a resident living in zone 2, Xuan Lung commune - shared: "Normally, large trucks crossing Ngoc Thap bridge to Viet Tri by this road are very crowded. And on Hung Temple festival days, there are times when traffic jams are a kilometer long. At the other end of the gate to Hung Temple, Nguyen Tat Thanh road is already wide, at this end, the new road to Phu Tho town (old) is completed, and the middle section, if further expanded, would be very reasonable.

However, according to people, although necessary, if the provincial road 325B and existing National Highway 32C are expanded, site clearance will face many difficulties because both sides of the road are already crowded with people's houses and many works and architectural structures...
Talking to a reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, a leader of the Phu Tho Provincial Department of Construction said that the above-mentioned route section will be invested in to expand and upgrade.

Currently, the project is in the stage of submitting for investment policy approval. It is expected that the expanded road will be the same scale as Nguyen Tat Thanh road, with some sections being completely newly built, and some sections following the old route" - the leader of the Department of Construction informed.
If upgraded and expanded, the above-mentioned section along with the route of the project to renovate and upgrade the road connecting Provincial Road 325B, connecting the Ho Chi Minh road to Ngoc Thap bridge and the rescue route - which has just been completed, will create a synchronous and modern traffic axis, connecting the Hung Temple historical relic area with the Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway.
