    Phu Tho - On April 24th (ie March 8th of the lunar calendar), many special events of Hung Kings' Death Anniversary - Hung Temple Festival and Culture and Tourism Week of the Land of the Ancestors will take place.

    According to the schedule of the Organizing Committee of Hung Kings Commemoration - Hung Temple Festival and Culture and Tourism Week of the Land of the Ancestors in Binh Ngo year 2026, on April 24th (ie March 8th of the lunar calendar), the following series of events will take place:

    Phu Tho province banh chung wrapping and cooking contest and banh giay pounding contest: At 7 am at the Festival Center yard - Hung Temple historical relic area.

    Street Folk Culture Festival: 8:00 PM at Nguyen Tat Thanh street, Tran Phu street (Viet Tri ward, Thanh Mieu ward).

    Along with that are other activities such as:

    Organize Xoan singing performances in ancient villages at An Thai communal house, Thet communal house; Lai Len temple, Kim Dai communal house, Hung Lo communal house: From 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM from April 22 - 27 (ie, March 6 - 10 of the lunar calendar).

    Traditional Hung Lo Temple Festival at the historical and cultural relic area, Hung Lo Temple, Van Phu ward: From April 22 - 26.

    Hung Vuong Fair 2026: From April 22 - 28 at Hung Vuong Square, Viet Tri ward.

    International Fine Arts Exhibition: From April 22 - 27 at Hung Vuong University, Nong Trang ward.
