On Le Van Viet Street (Hiep Phu Ward), the water was 30 to 50cm deep, many vehicles stalled, and people had to walk in the cloudy water. To Ngoc Van Street, the section passing through Tam Phu Ward, was also heavily flooded, causing local traffic paralysis.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Hanh (residing in Hiep Phu ward) said: "I have been selling here for nearly ten years, and every time it rains, I am inundated. This afternoon the water rose very quickly, in less than 20 minutes the vehicles turned around continuously".

Mr. Le Van Tam (technology driver) shared: "I took a passenger from Le Van Viet to Hanoi Highway but it was too flooded, the car stopped in the middle of the road. After the rain, the water cannot recede in time, it is very difficult.

According to local residents, the flooding caused by heavy rain and drainage systems on many roads have not been improved, leading to the above situation. At around 5pm, the rain started to stop, the water receded slowly, and some sections of the water were still deeply stagnant.

In addition, this afternoon, according to the reporter's records, there were a series of other flooded areas such as Pham Van Chieu Street, Phan Van Hon Street... making it difficult for people to move after work.
