HCMC - Heavy rain lasted for 30 minutes on the afternoon of June 19, causing many streets of Thu Duc City such as Le Van Viet and To Ngoc Van to be deeply flooded, with floating garbage.

On Le Van Viet Street (Hiep Phu Ward), the water was 30 to 50cm deep, many vehicles stalled, and people had to walk in the cloudy water. To Ngoc Van Street, the section passing through Tam Phu Ward, was also heavily flooded, causing local traffic paralysis.
