On September 7, the People's Committee of Ia Lap commune (Dak Lak province) informed that heavy rains in recent days have caused many inter-village roads in the area to be flooded, isolating some areas.

In addition, some houses and crops of the people were also affected by natural disasters. The commune's functional forces have coordinated to support the people and count the damage.

According to information from the Dak Lak Provincial Hydrometeorological Station, it is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the province will continue to have heavy rain, with total rainfall reaching 30 - 60 mm, some places over 80 mm.
Many low-lying areas, along rivers and streams in the western part of the province are at risk of local flooding and the underground areas are cut off from traffic.
