The water level downstream of the Red River in Hanoi at 1:00 PM on July 26th was at 4.29 m, continuing to fluctuate according to the regulation of hydropower reservoirs on the upper line and the influence of tides. In the next 36 hours, the water level in Hanoi is forecast to continue to increase, possibly reaching about 4.65 m.
