At the Da River, the flow to Hoa Binh reservoir fluctuates according to the regulation of the above-line hydropower reservoirs. At 13:00 on July 26, the water level at Hoa Binh station was 34.40 m.
On rivers belonging to the Thai Binh river system, the water level of the Cau River at Dap Cau, the Thuong River at Phu Lang Thuong and the Luc Nam River at Luc Nam station continue to fluctuate, fluctuating according to the influence of tides. The water level of the Thai Binh River at Pha Lai is forecast to be highest at 2.10 m and lowest at 1.35 m in the next 36 hours.
In the North Central region, the water level of the Ma River fluctuates; the midstream area is affected by reservoir regulation, the downstream area at Giang station fluctuates according to tides. In the Southeast region, the water level of the Dong Nai River at Ta Lai station changes slowly, forecast to fluctuate according to upstream reservoir regulation. The Be River at Phuoc Hoa station fluctuates according to reservoir regulation.
At 13:00 on July 26, the water level of the Dong Nai River at Ta Lai was 110.97 m; the Be River at Phuoc Hoa was 18.70 m.
In the Mekong River basin, the water level of the Dak Bla River fluctuates according to the regulation of hydropower reservoirs. The Krong Ana River changes slowly and tends to rise.

It is forecasted that by July 30, the highest water level of the day on the Tien River in Tan Chau may reach 1.60 m, on the Hau River in Chau Doc about 1.70 m.
