According to the bulletin, with the Thao River, the water level at Yen Bai station (Lao Cai province) is rising, and Phu Tho station is changing slowly.
Monitoring data at Yen Bai station at 7:00 am on August 30 was at 27.02m, at the same time at Phu Tho station at 13.24m.

With the Lo River, the water level at Tuyen Quang station and Vu Quang station (Phu Tho province) is and is forecast to continue to change slowly and be affected by the upstream hydropower regulation.
