After 1:00 p.m. on August 24, at the intersection of Hoa Nhai and Phan Dinh Phung streets (Ba Dinh ward, Hanoi), a barrier fence was erected.
The checkpoint team has 7 comrades including representatives of the ward police force, Mobile Police, Fire Prevention and Fighting Police, Drug Crime Investigation Police, and the grassroots security and order team who have been present since morning to direct traffic for people and tourists.
Although there are hard barrier posts, many vehicles, due to not knowing the road closure schedule for parade and parade gatherings, still move to the checkpoint.
Each time, the duty force clearly explained the reason for the road closure, and at the same time instructed people on a replacement route.

At 1:30 p.m., it started to rain, and the force was on duty in the rain.
In addition to guiding and diverting traffic, the duty force also answers questions and guides people and tourists on alternative travel directions during the road closure period, and on how to travel to locations where parades and parades can be seen.

Mr. Do Ba Khai (Ba Dinh ward, Hanoi), representative of the grassroots security and order team participating in the checkpoint team, said that the team started performing tasks on the morning of August 24 and will end at 2:00 a.m. on August 25.
Mr. Khai said that during the ban on Phan Dinh Phung Street to serve the parade and gathering, people can move instead through Quan Thanh Street.
"To participate in the task of ensuring security and order to serve the parade and march, I feel very honored and proud to contribute my small efforts to an important event of the country," said Mr. Do Ba Khai.
