Leaders of the Ministry of Justice stated the view that the Digital Platform for Civil Judgment Enforcement must create specific and measurable effects.

On September 9, Deputy Minister of Justice Mai Luong Khoi chaired a handover meeting of the Digital Platform for Civil Judgment Enforcement (THADS).

According to the report at the meeting, the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management focused on directing the operation of the Digital THADS Platform, standardizing data, authenticating identification information, deploying notifications, delivery via VneID, connecting, sharing data and exploiting data to serve direction and administration.

After listening to the opinions at the working session, Deputy Minister Mai Luong Khoi acknowledged the initial results achieved when implementing the Digital Platform in CJED work in the past time.

According to the Deputy Minister, investing in Digital Platforms must create specific and measurable efficiency, first of all to directly serve CJE activities in a faster, more transparent direction, reducing time, costs and unnecessary procedures.

At the same time, the Digital Platform must become a tool to serve management, direction, and administration, helping to control the progress and the entire process of processing dossiers, thereby enhancing the responsibility of each unit and each enforcement officer.

The Deputy Minister set a goal that by the end of 2026, the subsystems of the Digital Platform must be basically stable and operate well.

In addition, leaders of the Ministry of Justice requested to closely monitor the implementation situation in 34 localities, assess the actual results of digital transformation, and rank clearly.

Relevant units continue to coordinate with accompanying technology units to handle technical shortcomings, complete platforms and subsystems, ensuring the system operates synchronously, stably and increasingly effective in practice.
