Ms. Tuy (born in 1996, residing in Tra Nga village, Bac Ly commune) slipped and was swept away by a stream while crossing the stream, and her body was found at 9:00 a.m. on July 23.

Floods also caused severe damage to agriculture with 2,827.1 hectares of rice, 2,253.3 hectares of vegetables, 2,401.6 hectares of annual crops damaged, thousands of hectares of forests, shade trees, and urban trees broken, 299 livestock died, 7,646 poultry were swept away by water; 457.2 hectares of aquaculture ponds were flooded, 96 cages were damaged.
The traffic infrastructure system was severely damaged with 45 flooded spots on national highways and provincial roads, 48 landslides on slopes, landslides of 24,333.1 m3 of rock and soil, 5 suspension bridges swept away...
As of 9:00 p.m. on July 24, in Nghe An province, 24 communes were completely isolated and partially isolated with 196 villages and hamlets/18,087 households/79,683 people.
Urgently provide relief to people in flooded areas

Faced with the situation of floods causing many damages, the leaders of Nghe An province directly went to the scene to direct the recovery of flood consequences, requested the maximum mobilization of forces to rescue people and property, urgently overcome the consequences, stabilize life and production.
The Provincial Military Command mobilized 5,164 officers and soldiers to participate in responding to and overcoming the consequences of floods. The Provincial Military Command has coordinated with 2 helicopter teams of Regiment 916/QC PPKQ and Northern Air Company to supply relief goods including 6 tons of instant noodles, 4 tons of milk, 6 tons of dry food, and 4 tons of water to support people affected by storm No. 3 in communes affected by natural disasters.
The provincial police have mobilized relevant forces to quickly and urgently evacuate 3,440 households, along with many assets from dangerous and vulnerable areas to safe places; Increased more than 500 officers and soldiers, along with many necessities, equipment, and means to increase support for people in areas affected by floods; Directed the police of units and localities to mobilize more than 4,250 officers and soldiers to stay in the facility; Advised the mobilization of more than 10,000 forces to participate in security and order protection at regular facilities at landslide and deep flooded areas to put up signs and warnings to prevent people from passing.
The Department of Industry and Trade has coordinated with the Provincial Military Command to prepare and gather in a timely manner for military aircraft to transport goods to relief, including 4 tons of instant noodles (1,320 boxes), 400 boxes of mineral water, 415 boxes of milk (4 tons), on the afternoon of July 24, 2 tons of instant noodles were added. In addition, the Department has mobilized GO!Vinh Supermarket to directly transport goods to support, including 800 bottles of water, 2,000 boxes of instant noodles, 400 sausage packages, and 400 milk glasses.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province has also called for joint efforts to support people affected by floods, organize the reception of relief and promptly distribute to the people.
