In Tan Ky district, the Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee requested Tan Ky district to direct localities to implement the motto "green house is better than old field", focusing on mobilizing harvesters to harvest ripe and nearly ripe rice areas before storm No. 3 makes landfall. At Quynh Phuong port, as of noon on September 5, 56/80 ships had taken shelter from the storm here.
According to the report, the entire Hoang Mai town currently has 1,069 vessels with 5,982 workers at sea. Up to now, there are 108 vehicles and 445 workers operating in the Hoang Sa sea area on the way to Da Nang and Quang Ngai.
