On the morning of June 16, the National Assembly officially passed the Law on Employment (amended).
Article 14 of the Law on Employment stipulates support for workers to work abroad under contracts. Accordingly, people whose land is recovered are eligible for training, job conversion and job search support according to the provisions of the law on land.

Along with this subject, the following subjects are also supported before going to work abroad under contracts:
People with revolutionary contributions; relatives of people with revolutionary contributions.
Ethnic minorities.
People from poor households and near-poor households.
People who have completed their military service and their duty to join the People's Public Security.
Youth volunteers complete the task of implementing socio-economic development programs and projects.
Young intellectuals volunteered after completing their tasks at the Economic - Defense Zone.
The support regime includes:
Education orientation before working abroad under contracts.
Training and fostering to improve vocational skills and foreign languages to meet the requirements of foreign labor receiving countries;
Other expenses for employees working abroad under contracts.
