Ban Phong, Tam Thai commune is a mountainous locality located in the west of Nghe An province. Due to difficult traffic conditions and limited people's lives, in the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term, the locality has arranged 3 early polling stations to facilitate voter participation.
From early morning, a large number of people were present at the village's polling station to prepare to exercise their citizens' rights and obligations.

Mr. Vy Manh Cam - Head of the Front Work Committee of Phong village, Tam Thai commune said that the preparation for the election day has been completed. People in the village have also gathered fully, ready to participate in voting.
Attending this polling station was Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung - Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province.
According to records, many voters actively came to the polling station a few tens of minutes before the opening ceremony. Some people carried their young children to the polling area, temporarily putting aside their daily work to participate in the festival of the whole people.

Voter Vy Thi Phuong (61 years old, Tam Thai commune) expressed her belief in the candidates and was excited when voting, choosing cadres with virtue and talent to serve the locality and people.

Mr. Lo Duong Khanh - Chairman of Tam Thai Commune People's Committee said that the whole commune has 3 early election locations. Up to now, preparations have been completed and the locations are conducting elections in accordance with regulations.
The atmosphere at early polling stations is bustling with welcoming art programs. Election day therefore becomes a true festival for people in mountainous areas, bringing a joyful and bustling atmosphere rarely seen in this locality.
Nghe An province has established 6 election committees for National Assembly deputies, 20 election committees for People's Council deputies, 1,039 commune-level election committees and established 3,123 polling stations.
The delegation of National Assembly deputies of Nghe An province, term 16, term 2026 - 2031, will have 16 deputies, an increase of 3 deputies compared to the beginning of term 15, term 2021 - 2026.
Regarding the number of delegates of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council for the term 2026 – 2031, it is 85 people, of which 53 delegates are at the provincial level, 32 delegates are at the commune level; elected in 20 constituencies.
