Ba Diem commune police brought to the headquarters a man who showed signs of being drunk after he assaulted a young volunteer at the Nguyen Anh Thu - Song Hanh intersection. The victim was injured and had to be hospitalized for emergency care.
The incident occurred on the evening of September 10 and was quickly spread on social media through a video. In the clip, a man continuously pushed and attacked a young man wearing a youth volunteer uniform.
The above incident affected traffic in the area, causing traffic congestion. Immediately afterwards, this man was controlled by the authorities. The young volunteer man was injured and taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
Currently, Ba Diem Commune Police are coordinating with relevant units to prepare a file and take statements from the man to investigate and clarify the incident.
