With the theme "Peace - Confidently moving forward", the mascot symbol welcoming the Year of the Snake 2025 is inspired by the image of workers at the Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant with the mission of continuing the glorious history of the previous generation of cadres, soldiers, experts, and workers for the electricity of the Fatherland.
The logo is displayed on the main background as the logo of Hoa Binh province, with a height of 6.5 m in the center position, the lower part of the logo is the image of Hoa Binh hydroelectric dam vividly described with the effect of spraying steam.
Talking to reporters, Mr. Phan Vinh Nguyen - representative of the symbol construction unit - said: "On the body of the 2 snake mascots simulates the electric cable system of the future and the mission of confidently moving forward, meaning luck and attracting positive energy, adapting to all circumstances".
