According to Lao Dong at tourist attractions in Ho Chi Minh City such as Nguyen Hue walking street, Dinh Doc Lap, City Post Office... even when it rains, many people still wear bright red and yellow star outfits to take photos and capture beautiful moments.

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Phuong (HCMC) shared: I woke up at 3:30 am to wear makeup and prepare my outfit. The purpose was to go to the City People's Committee area and then go to the Liberation Palace to take beautiful photos, welcoming a joyful September 2 - the country's independence day. I am very happy, even though I only watched parades and parades on screen and was not directly present in Hanoi, my spirit was always turned towards the country.
This morning, although the weather is not favorable and it is raining, I still try to come here to capture memorable moments, to share the joy of the national big holiday.

To ensure security, order, social safety and improve the quality of services for tourists during the September 2 holidays, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism recommends that local People's Committees focus on directing the synchronous implementation of many solutions.
In particular, tourism businesses need to comply with regulations on fire prevention, security and order, food hygiene and safety, publicizing service prices, arranging security forces, training civilized behavior and maintaining environmental hygiene.
At the same time, the city will strengthen inspection and handling of violations in tourism business activities, publicize hotlines to receive feedback, as well as step up propaganda and recommendations to protect the rights and safety of tourists.
At tourist areas and destinations, especially water recreation areas and beaches, authorities will survey, install warning signs, arrange rescue forces and tighten the management of means of transport to ensure absolute safety for people and tourists during the holiday.
