Deeply feeling and sharing the pain and great loss of people in 9 provinces and cities in the Central - Central Highlands region before the heavy damage caused by natural disasters, historic storms and floods in 2025, implementing the orders and directions of General Secretary To Lam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on the implementation of the Quang Trung Campaign with the spirit of the fastest, most drastic, and most timely with the biggest goal of 100% of completely collapsed houses being completely newly built, 100% of damaged houses being repaired, not letting any people without a house to celebrate Tet; The Party Committee of the Central Public Security, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security have organized thoroughly and seriously implemented throughout the People's Public Security force with a spirit of urgency, drasticity, and timeliness.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Public Security has issued 4 plans, 1 guidance, 66 telegrams... organizing 4 teams to directly inspect the progress of implementation on thoroughly grasping, deploying, and urging the progress of the Campaign throughout the People's Public Security Forces, associated with the Ba Nhat emulation movement: "Most disciplined, Most loyal, Closest to the people".
Direct the People's Police in 9 provinces and cities in the Central region to mobilize more than 11,000 turns of officers and soldiers (CBCS), thousands of turns of forces to participate in protecting social order and safety at the grassroots level; strengthen 300 CBCS of the Mobile Police force, students of People's Police schools to support and directly participate in the campaign. In parallel with strengthening the implementation of measures to ensure security and order at the grassroots level, not allowing criminals to take advantage of natural disasters for personal gain.
Thanks to that, the Quang Trung Campaign was deployed rapidly and completed earlier than planned. The urgent completion of the campaign before Tet not only helps people settle down but also carries great spiritual significance, so that each family has conditions to welcome spring in warmth and safety. At the same time, this is also a project to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.
Police of provinces and cities have proactively proposed, received and chaired the construction of 419 new houses, including Ha Tinh (10), Hue (2), Da Nang (62), Quang Ngai (32), Gia Lai (87), Dak Lak (176), Khanh Hoa (23), Lam Dong (27). Up to now, construction has basically been completed - 20 days earlier, exceeding 30% of the timeline required by the Prime Minister. At the same time, repair and repair of damage at 100% of houses, schools, hospitals, and medical facilities for the people before December 20, 2025, exceeding 30% of the progress according to the Prime Minister's direction.

100% of households in Da Nang and Dak Lak have new houses before the deadline
According to the Prime Minister's direction, the deadline to complete the construction and repair of houses for people to celebrate Tet in the "Quick Quang Trung" campaign is January 15, 2026. However, thanks to drastic involvement, Da Nang City has "reached the finish line" 5 days early, ensuring that no people have to live in a makeshift situation when Tet Nguyen Dan is approaching.
According to information from the Ministry of Public Security, Da Nang City Police have proactively undertaken and completed repairs and new construction of 271/505 houses, accounting for 53.6% of the total workload of the whole city.
The police force also supports people with the smallest items such as bowls, chopsticks, blankets to electronic devices such as TVs so that people can soon stabilize their lives. The total cost of mobilized socialization resources and contributions of officers and soldiers and the entire Police sector to support people in the Central - Central Highlands region is more than 120 billion VND.
Meanwhile, the Military Command (CHQS) of Da Nang City has also completed its tasks in Da Nang and Dak Lak province. The army force has undertaken the repair and construction of nearly 290 new houses.
More than 500 officers and soldiers along with the militia and self-defense forces did not mind the divided terrain and unfavorable weather to construct during holidays and Tet. The grassroots police force is urgently supporting people to resume administrative procedures and reissue personal papers lost due to floods.
