Hai Duong Ward People's Committee coordinates with Hai Duong Grassroots Social Insurance (BHXH) to organize a conference to guide procedures for converting the form of receiving pensions and social insurance allowances through personal accounts; and at the same time support people to carry out the preparation and confirmation of authorization documents to enjoy social insurance benefits according to regulations.
According to the list provided by Hai Duong grassroots social insurance, there are currently 696 people in the ward receiving monthly pensions and social insurance allowances with a term of authorization ending on June 30, 2026. At the conference, pension and social insurance allowance beneficiaries and authorized persons were specifically guided by professional staff on procedures for changing the form of receiving benefits through personal accounts; procedures for preparing and confirming authorization documents; and the term of authorization according to regulations.
People are answered about obstacles related to information declaration, completing dossiers for social insurance agencies to use as a basis for monthly regime payments; guided to prepare all necessary documents such as citizen identification cards, mobile phones, bank account information and related documents to ensure smooth and quick procedures.
Through the conference, Hai Duong Ward People's Committee continues to promote propaganda and dissemination of social insurance policies, contributing to raising people's awareness in implementing social security regulations. Along with that, creating favorable conditions for pension and social insurance allowance recipients in the process of accessing and resolving administrative procedures, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of beneficiaries in the area.
