According to a source from Lao Dong Newspaper, at around 4:00 p.m. yesterday (October 20), a man was found dead in the office of the People's Committee of the old Hai Bac commune (now merged into Yen Dinh town, Hai Hau district, Nam Dinh province).
On the afternoon of October 21, in a further discussion with Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, the leader of Hai Hau district said: "The man who died in the office in the old Hai Bac commune was Mr. H (a financial officer of this commune). The old Hai Bac commune headquarters after the merger had not been handed over to any party so it was still in use. Yesterday afternoon (October 20), the cleaner discovered Mr. H dead in the office."
Currently, the authorities are investigating and clarifying the cause of the incident.
