The Memorial House of President Ho Chi Minh is built at the E2 Hill relic (Dien Bien Phu ward, Dien Bien province) - this is one of 46 component relic sites belonging to the Dien Bien Phu Special National Relic Site.
The project started construction on June 26, 2025 and was inaugurated on January 31, 2026, towards the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth and the 72nd anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory.




The project with a total investment of 35 billion VND from the support capital of Ho Chi Minh City, invested by Dien Bien Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The project includes items: Memorial House of President Ho Chi Minh, left tower, right tower, nghi môn, relic sign, relic stele, renovation of the Exhibition House and other auxiliary items.



PV's actual recording shows that the project has an area of 160m2 and is designed in traditional architecture, "first" shape, including 5 compartments (the middle compartment is 3.6m wide, the side compartments are 3m and 1.8m wide) with 2 layers of tiled roofs.
In front of the Memorial House is Ta Lau (left), Huu Lau (right) made of Lim wood, 2-story architecture, each floor has 4 dao roofs, more than 5 meters high.
Nghi Mon (or Tam Quan Gate) is designed in a four-pillar style with monolithic stone consisting of 2 main pillars and small pillars on both sides, the pillars are drilled with decorative ribs and drilled with parallel sentences.




From the Exhibition House up to the Memorial House, a resting mat is arranged and a natural stone stele is placed on the relic. On the relic stele is quoted President Ho Chi Minh's teaching: "Solidarity, unity, great unity. Success, success, great success".
The display house is designed in the traditional stilt house style of the Northwest Thai ethnic group, renovated to arrange the display space of gifts from the National Veterans Association and images, documents, artifacts, and events associated with the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh.
In front of the yard, there is a plaque of the relic "Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area" which includes a quote from the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam in the eulogy read at the memorial service for President Ho Chi Minh.


This is a cultural work of political and humanistic significance, expressing gratitude to the Party and President Ho Chi Minh for the cause of liberating the country and the nation, praising the fighting spirit and heroic sacrifice of the people and soldiers of Dien Bien.
