Hanoi - The authorities have just controlled the fire at a wood workshop in Phu Dong commune. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

Initial information, at around 9:00 a.m. on July 16, people discovered a fire at a wood workshop in Phu Dong commune.

The fire quickly engulfed the warehouse area, causing people to worry.

The Fire Police force, the civil defense force of Phu Dong commune and the people coordinated to handle the situation, and at the same time reported to the Hanoi City Police.

Upon receiving the information, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Forces of Areas 1, 18, 19 under the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department mobilized officers, soldiers and vehicles to perform the task.

Quickly approaching the scene, the working group deployed search and rescue teams and prevented the fire from spreading. While on duty, at around 9:43, the fire was completely controlled and extinguished.

Initial information shows that there were no human casualties in the fire, property damage is being counted.

The case is continuing to be investigated and clarified.
