Specifically, 1 person was dismissed from his position and 5 people under the Department of Health were reprimanded; 10 people under the People's Committee of Lang Chanh district were reprimanded; 1 person under the People's Committee of Muong Lat district was reprimanded; 1 person was warned, 1 person was dismissed, 1 person was warned under the People's Committee of Tho Xuan district; 1 person was forced to quit his job at the People's Committee of Vinh Loc district; 1 person was reprimanded and 3 people under the People's Committee of Nhu Thanh district were warned.
According to the Thanh Hoa Department of Home Affairs, through surprise inspections, it is shown that most of the inspected agencies and units have implemented good discipline and administrative discipline in performing official duties; not going to festivals and pagodas during office hours; not using public transport to go to festivals; not leaving work behind due to Tet holidays; not organizing spring and festival activities...
However, during the inspection, the inspection team noted that in some localities and commune-level units with temples, pagodas, and festivals, the assignment and arrangement of cadres and civil servants on duty to solve work for citizens was not suitable, leading to a situation where citizens had to wait, causing frustration when performing administrative procedures.
Typical localities include the People's Committee of Quang Cu Ward (Sam Son City), the People's Committee of Kien Tho Commune (Ngoc Lac District). After that, the inspection team made a record and sent a document to the People's Committee of Sam Son city and the People's Committee of Ngoc Lac district requesting measures to rectify and handle the situation.
