Accordingly, disciplinary action was taken against Ms. Le Thanh Hai, Chairman of Dong Thinh Ward People's Committee (former Chairman of Dong Thanh Commune People's Committee); Mr. Le Van Thin, Vice Chairman of Dong Thanh Commune People's Committee; Mr. Duong Van Dung, Chairman of Dong Thanh Commune People's Committee (former Vice Chairman of Dong Thinh Commune People's Committee); Mr. Le Huy Hoa, Deputy Chief of Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Thanh Hoa City (former Chairman of Dong Thinh Commune People's Committee, Dong Son District); Ms. Do Thi Hong Nhung, specialist of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Thanh Hoa City People's Committee (former specialist of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Dong Son District People's Committee).
The above individuals were disciplined for violations mentioned in the decisions (in February 2025) of the Thanh Hoa City Party Committee's Inspection Committee. The disciplinary period for the above individuals is 12 months, calculated from March 15, 2025.
In addition to disciplining the above individuals, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa City also signed disciplinary decisions in the form of warnings against Mr. Le Hong Ha, civil servant of land - agriculture - construction and environment, People's Committee of Dong Yen Commune (former civil servant of land - agriculture - construction and environment, People's Committee of Dong Thinh Commune); disciplined by reprimand against Ms. Le Thi Le, civil servant of finance - accounting, People's Committee of Dong Thanh Commune and Ms. Le Thi Thuy Minh, civil servant of land - agriculture - construction and environment, People's Committee of Dong Thanh Commune.
Individuals were disciplined for being involved in violations during work, violations during the implementation, implementation of procedures, and construction of construction items in Kim Boi village, Dong Thanh commune (2020-2022 period).
