According to initial information, at about 1:29 pm on August 17, a chain traffic accident occurred on Nhat Tan bridge (Hanoi) between 4 cars traveling in the same direction, causing all 4 vehicles to be damaged.
The accident occurred on a bridge in the direction from Vo Chi Cong street to Vo Nguyen Giap street, near the lighting pole number SS1B-E32, in Hong Ha ward (Hanoi).
Initially, 4 cars related to the accident were identified, including car license plate 22A-213. xx driven by Mr. D. H. V; car 19A-622. xx driven by Mr. H.P. D; car 29K-061. xx driven by Mr. D. Q. H and car 19B-024. xx driven by Mr. D.D. V.
The accident caused Mr. H.P. D to be slightly injured and taken to Dong Anh General Hospital for emergency treatment. 4 related vehicles were damaged.
Through inspection, Mr. D. Q. H, Mr. D.D. V and Mr. D. H. V had no alcohol concentration in their breath; alcohol concentration for Mr. H.P. D. has not been checked.
Upon receiving the report, Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 (CSGT) - Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police urgently arrived at the scene, coordinated with relevant units to organize traffic diversion, traffic regulation, and handle the incident.
The cause of the accident is being further verified and clarified by functional agencies.
