Regarding practicing thrift and combating wastefulness in the management and use of houses and land, the Inspectorate of Bac Ninh province pointed out that Bac Giang Road Joint Stock Company and the Bac Giang Department of Transport (old) have not regularly inspected house and land assets at 11 land plots of the Road Management Unit and the Traffic Area for households to renovate and expand, encroaching on construction works on the land area managed by the Company for living and business.
Regarding the practice of thrift and anti-waste in construction investment management, Bac Giang Road Joint Stock Company constructed Package No. 3: Repairing the foundation, road surface and works on the section Km53+500 - km58 QL31, Bac Giang province (old) not in accordance with the design, which was accepted by the Bac Ninh Road Maintenance Board and paid by the Department of Construction for the volume of concrete slabs, steel formwork slabs worth 115,460,000 VND.
In addition, Bac Giang Road Joint Stock Company prepared a payment dossier and was accepted by the Department of Construction, paying for regular management and maintenance services of road traffic infrastructure managed by the province in the wrong volume, worth 16,458,980 VND.
The Bac Ninh Provincial Inspectorate proposed that the Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee direct the Directors of Departments: Construction, Finance, Agriculture and Environment, Son Dong Commune People's Committee, Bac Giang Road Joint Stock Company to seriously implement this Conclusion in accordance with regulations.
The inspection agency also requested the Department of Construction and the Department of Finance to organize reviews to clarify responsibilities for collectives and individuals with shortcomings and shortcomings identified above;
