On May 8, the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies (NA Deputies) of Lam Dong province organized a meeting with voters after the first session of the 16th National Assembly in Bao Lam 2 commune.

The conference was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Van Hien - Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly Office and Ms. Trinh Thi Tu Anh - National Assembly Deputy in charge, Member of the National Assembly's Committee for Science, Technology and Environment.
At the meeting, many voters focused on reflecting difficulties and obstacles in resolving administrative procedures related to land.
People said that the land dispute situation has lasted for many years and has not been resolved thoroughly, affecting life and production.

Some cases of stable land use for decades but have not been granted land use right certificates or renewal dossiers are still errors and overlaps.
Notably, many land areas originating from agricultural and forestry farms that were contracted about 30 years ago have now been handed over to local management, but people have not yet been granted land use right certificates.
Voters also reflected that land use purpose conversion still has many shortcomings and proposed to soon resolve disputes definitively to limit prolonged complaints.

According to people, the slow completion of legal procedures directly affects their rights, especially in the process of site clearance to serve expressway projects.
In addition to the land sector, voters proposed investing in upgrading transport infrastructure, especially degraded roads, unfinished construction and many damaged people's bridges, causing difficulties for travel and transportation of agricultural products.
Answering the petition, the leader of Bao Lam 2 Commune People's Committee said that most of the cases related to land are under the local authority.
The commune will continue to review and coordinate with relevant units to handle backlog cases.

Regarding land originating from agricultural and forestry farms, the locality said that it has repeatedly proposed and is waiting for guidance from specialized agencies.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Hien acknowledged the heartfelt and responsible opinions of voters; and affirmed that the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will continue to fully convey the thoughts and aspirations of the people to central agencies.
Regarding recommendations related to land, the National Assembly Delegation proposed that localities coordinate with sectors to focus on resolving them thoroughly to ensure the legitimate rights of the people.
