These days, officials of the Khanh Hoa Commune General Service Center are always mobilized with 100% of their personnel to prepare for propaganda and election information to each village and hamlet in the area.
From early morning, mobile propaganda motorbikes were gathered by officials and staff of the Center in front of the office to prepare for a day of roaming the streets. The vehicles were carrying banners, slogans, mobile loudspeakers, leaflets and equipment for work.
On National Highway 70, Provincial Road 171 or remote village roads of Khanh Hoa commune, propaganda about elections often echoes from mobile loudspeakers, attached to motorbikes, creeping into every alley, every house.

Mr. Vu Duy Khanh - General Service Center of Khanh Hoa commune said: Khanh Hoa is a mountainous commune, with over 47% of Dao people, nearly 30% of Tay people... traffic is difficult.
Currently, some loudspeaker clusters in the area are degraded and are in the process of investment and repair; mobile networks and wireless internet in some remote villages are still weak.
To promptly provide information to all people, the Mobile Propaganda Team of the Commune General Service Center in coordination with the Youth Union, Women's Union, Veterans Association, Commune Farmers' Association... organized mobile vehicles to bring information about elections to people in difficult areas.
Along with that, increase the duration on the commune loudspeaker system, apply AI technology, and digital platforms in propaganda work.

Identifying the election of National Assembly Deputies of the 16th term and People's Council Deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term as a particularly important political task, along with proactively and actively implementing preparation work according to regulations and plans, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa commune also pays special attention to propaganda and bringing information about the election to the people, especially ethnic minorities and remote villages.
Many forms have been implemented by localities such as promoting propaganda on the commune's loudspeaker system and loudspeaker clusters in villages and residential areas, regularly broadcasting content about the meaning and importance of the election; rights and obligations of voters when participating in the election; shortlists and biographies of candidates.
Along with that, the locality implements visual propaganda through hanging banners, slogans, panels, and posters at commune headquarters, village cultural houses and main roads.

For remote and isolated villages, communes establish mobile propaganda teams, going to localities to disseminate information, helping people understand their rights and obligations in elections.
Mr. Phung Trung Hai - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Commune People's Committee shared: Through many flexible forms of propaganda, we strive for all voters in the area, especially ethnic minorities, to have full access to information and participate in the election day in an active and responsible manner.
Up to now, all preparations have been basically completed, ready for the successful election day.
