On March 11, news from Dong Hai Border Guard Station said that it had just coordinated with the Women's Union of Dong Hai and Ninh Chu wards to organize propaganda on citizens' rights and obligations when participating in the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term in fishing port areas in the area.
Propaganda activities are deployed through a loudspeaker system in the fishing port area and where boats are anchored.

Through this, officers and soldiers of Dong Hai Border Guard Station have disseminated to fishermen the basic contents of the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies; the meaning and importance of the election; and the rights and obligations of voters when participating in voting.
According to the organizing unit, the propaganda content is short, easy to understand, and suitable for the specifics of fishermen's labor and activities, so it is easy to access and easy to remember.
A notable point of the activity is the effectiveness of the "Border Guard Loudspeaker" model.
Information about the election is transmitted directly to coastal residential areas, harbors and anchorage areas – where fishermen regularly gather to prepare fishing gear before going to sea or after docking.
Thanks to that, legal regulations and information related to the election are widely disseminated in the fishing port area, helping fishermen promptly grasp the policies and regulations on elections.
This activity contributes to raising awareness and responsibility of fishermen in exercising their rights and citizens' obligations.
At the same time, it shows the coordination between the Border Guard force and local mass organizations in propaganda and mobilization of the people, towards successfully organizing the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.
