Article 23 of the Law regulates support and training for force participants involved in protecting security and order at the grassroots.
Accordingly, people participating in the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots are entitled to regular monthly support, and are supported with voluntary social insurance and health insurance premiums at the level set by the association. The level of regular monthly support for forces involved in protecting security and order at the grassroots is applied according to the regional minimum wage to ensure compliance with the salary policy adjusted over the years.
Accordingly, the team leader receives 50% of the minimum salary in region III (1,930,000 VND); 55% of minimum wage in region IV (1,898,000 VND).
The deputy leader receives 40% of the minimum salary in region III (1,544,000 VND); 45% of minimum wage in region IV (1,553,000 VND).
Group members receive 30% of the minimum salary in region III (1,158,000 VND); 30% of minimum wage in region IV (1,035,000 VND).
In addition, the Resolution also stipulates compensation levels when on duty from 10 p.m. the previous day to 6 a.m. the next day or on duty on days off, holidays, or when performing heavy, unique work. harmful, dangerous or especially heavy, toxic or dangerous.
The resolution also stipulates that forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots are supported with monthly social insurance contributions at the lowest level as prescribed by law and are supported with 90% of medical insurance premiums. international.
Can Tho : On the afternoon of July 5, at the 16th meeting, the People's Council of Can Tho City passed a Resolution stipulating criteria, spending levels and levels of support and training for people participating in the security protection force. , order at the grassroots level in Can Tho City.
The monthly regular support level for members of the security and order protection team is equal to 0.8 of the base salary.
The head of the security and order protection team at the grassroots level is supported with an additional 300,000 VND/person/month; The deputy team leader is supported 200,000 VND/person/month.
In addition, there are regular monthly increased support levels for training levels from university or higher of 500,000 VND/person/month; College is 300,000 VND/person/month and intermediate is 200,000 VND/person/month.
People participating in the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots are also supported and trained when performing tasks as assigned by competent authorities.
When on duty from 10:00 p.m. the previous day to 6:00 a.m. the next day, on days off or holidays according to the provisions of labor law, you will be compensated 100,000 VND/night, day/person, but not more than 10 nights/night. person/month.
When performing heavy, toxic, dangerous or especially heavy, toxic or dangerous work according to the provisions of labor law, you will be compensated 95,000 VND/person/day.
