Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to establish a working group to review investment projects in the province to serve leadership, direction, and inspection work (abbreviated as the Working Group). According to the decision, Ms. Ha Lan Anh - Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee - is the Head of the Working Group.
The task of the Task Force is to help the Provincial People's Committee comprehensively review public investment projects and non-budget projects in the period 2020 - 2025 in the province; backlog and prolonged projects; report in detail and specifically on 29 projects serving investigation and inspection agencies (procedure, procedures, project implementation process...) and other projects when requested by competent authorities.
Members of the Task Force work in a part-time manner and self-dissolve after completing their tasks. The Head of the Task Force assigns specific tasks to members according to their assigned functions and tasks.
The Department of Finance is the standing agency of the Working Group; responsible for being the focal point for monitoring, urging, inspecting, supervising, summarizing, evaluating the implementation process, advising, directing implementation and handling arising issues according to regulations.
The Head of the Task Force uses the seal of the Provincial People's Committee; the Deputy Heads of the Task Force and members of the Task Force use the seal of agencies and units in performing assigned tasks.
The working group decided to establish an assisting group including officials and civil servants of departments, agencies, and sectors with professional capacity and sense of responsibility to serve the working group in the process of performing tasks. The working group self-dissolves after completing the task.
