Implementing the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on accelerating the progress of important national projects, key energy sector projects, Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document requesting departments, agencies, branches and related localities to urgently remove difficulties and obstacles; shorten the time to carry out administrative procedures; accelerate site clearance work, ensure project progress.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction, Department of Finance, and Department of Agriculture and Environment to urgently implement relevant tasks. The Department of Industry and Trade is responsible for urging investors to complete procedures and ensure progress as required.
Departments, boards, and related sectors proactively shorten the time to carry out administrative procedures; guide investors and consulting units to complete dossiers. The processing process must be focused, not allowing procedures to be prolonged.
The investor is responsible for specifically committing to each milestone of work completion. This is the basis for relevant agencies and units to monitor and urge the implementation process.
Regarding site clearance work, the Provincial People's Committee assigned Hai Thinh, Hai An, Gia Lam, Tam Chuc, Ly Thuong Kiet, Kim Bang, Nguyen Uy communes and wards to strengthen mobilizing people to agree and coordinate to accelerate the implementation progress. In addition, local authorities proactively handle difficulties and obstacles in the site clearance process. In case problems arise, promptly report to the Department of Industry and Trade for synthesis and handling.
