On the morning of August 30, a rehearsal of the parade and parade to celebrate National Day on September 2 will take place at Ba Dinh Square. As early as the afternoon of August 29, Ms. Anh Tho (44 years old, from Son La) and her group of friends were present at Hanoi Railway Station (Le Duan Street) to have a good location to watch the parade and parade.
As soon as she got off the train, Ms. Tho was surprised to see that the tarpaulin tent was built spaciously and quickly, with a sign "Taper house serving the people", and at the same time, there was a medical area and an emergency team of Hai Ba Trung Ward People's Committee.
"My friend and I took a bus to Hanoi at 5am. While struggling to know where to see the parade, the technology car driver said that there were tents serving the people in the Hanoi station area. In the afternoon, we moved there, and chose a beautiful location for ourselves to spread the tarpaulin," said Ms. Tho.
Present in the center of Hanoi since 4:00 p.m., Mr. Binh (46 years old, Thai Nguyen) and his two young children waited on Le Duan Street. At around 8pm, it rained heavily, so she had to take her children to a tents in front of the station lobby to take shelter.
"The rain was too heavy, I was afraid my child would be sick. Hearing the news of tents for people to sit in, I took a motorbike taxi here. I feel much more secure," Mr. Binh shared.

To serve the people, the Hanoi People's Committee has built 10 battle tarpaulins at 5 locations: Tay Son flower garden (Hoan Kiem); Le Truc flower garden (Ba Dinh); Nui Truc - Kim Ma intersection (Giang Vo); Hanoi station (Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam); the area opposite 14B Le Truc (Ba Dinh).
However, not everyone is lucky enough to have free seats like Ms. Tho and Mr. Binh. Ms. Nguyen An (from Phu Tho) went to Hanoi to see the parade, but when she arrived, the tents were packed. Because she has a small child, she had to find a room to rent at a house on Le Duan Street, opposite Hanoi Railway Station.
"The landlord offers a price of 500,000 VND/person for a room of only about 10 square meters. If two or more people, they will have to pay an additional 100,000 VND. The room is small, with weak connections to the 5th floor, but fortunately there are clean and complete toilets, so I accept renting," said Ms. An.

Talking to Lao Dong, Ms. Bich - the owner of a motel on Le Duan Street said that the house had 10 rooms, but was packed with guests before. People who want to see the parade usually book rooms 1-2 weeks. There is only a few empty rooms at this time.
"The rental room is small but has full pillow covers and cleaning. If there is supply, there will be demand, taking advantage of this opportunity, my family will also earn a little extra income," said Ms. Bich.
