According to the Deputy Director of the Traffic Department, the organization of the construction of phase 3 of the project must ensure close coordination with the items being implemented to minimize the impact on existing traffic, minimize the impact of the construction process on people's daily life and travel and strive to complete the entire project by April 30, 2026.

The project will complete the transport infrastructure and promote the socio-economic development of the area.
