As of noon on January 28 (December 29), authorities were still processing the scene of a 7-seat car traveling on Truong Sa Street, District 3, crashing into a coffee shop, injuring a man and trapping him under the car.
The accident occurred at around 7:30 a.m. the same day. According to initial information, the car was traveling on Truong Sa Street towards Tan Binh District when it suddenly lost control, swerved onto the sidewalk and crashed straight into a coffee shop.
The strong collision damaged many items in the shop, two motorbikes were thrown away and a man about 60 years old was trapped under the vehicle.
Authorities quickly arrived at the scene to rescue the victim and investigate the cause of the incident. The victim was taken to the emergency room in serious condition.
