On the same day, the Trade Union of Cat Hai Special Zone also announced the temporary postponement of organizing the "Healthy and Beautiful Footsteps - Connecting Cat Ba Heritage" race in 2026 (expected to take place on August 23) to deploy storm prevention and control activities No. 4.
Previously, on August 21, the Department of Construction announced the suspension of Dong Bai - Cai Vieng ferry and Duong Ao ferry operations to prevent storm No. 4. The suspension time is from 7 am on August 22 until there is final news about storm No. 4.
