Information from the Noi Bai International Airport (HKQT) Border Gate Police, from August 3, 2026 to date, functional forces have detected and handled 39 violations, with a total fine of 206.5 million VND. The main violations are related to "bait" acts, picking up passengers improperly, stopping and parking vehicles improperly, and providing and sharing false information at Noi Bai International Airport.
Most recently, on August 14, 2026, Noi Bai International Airport Border Gate Police issued decisions to sanction administrative violations against 11 cases of "obstructing the normal operation of agencies and organizations", as stipulated in point d, clause 4, Article 8 of Decree No. 282/2025/ND-CP dated October 30, 2025 of the Government. Each case was fined 5 million VND.
Noi Bai International Airport (HKQT) Border Gate Police said that the organization and clear demarcation of vehicle flows, passenger pick-up and drop-off areas, along with strengthening guidance, regulation, inspection and handling of violations by functional forces have contributed to limiting congestion, reducing arbitrary parking and stopping, maintaining continuous traffic flow, and gradually bringing traffic activities at Noi Bai International Airport into order.
Not only focusing on ensuring traffic order, inspection and handling work also aims to protect the rights and safety and create convenience for domestic and international people and passengers. The situation of soliciting, inviting, and competing for passengers to use transportation services is proactively detected and strictly handled, contributing to building a safe, civilized, friendly and professional environment at international airports.
In the process of implementing the traffic diversion plan, the Police force regularly sticks to the area, proactively grasps the situation, receives feedback and recommendations from people, passengers and drivers to promptly guide and solve arising problems. At the same time, the plan is also reviewed and evaluated regularly to ensure it is more appropriate, scientific and effective with reality.
