Through rapid testing of 5 cases, functional forces discovered that H.K. H (born in 1986, residing in Coc Leu ward, Lao Cai province) tested positive for drugs.
Working with the police agency, H.K. H voluntarily handed over 2 nylon bags containing suspected drugs. The subject confessed that these were methamphetamine and pink pills kept for personal use.
Yen Bai Ward Police made a record of catching H.K. H. red-handed for the act of illegally possessing drugs; at the same time, sealed the exhibits, completed the initial file and continued to coordinate with relevant units to investigate and handle according to the provisions of law.
