At about 5:30 am on June 23, people discovered a man about 50 years old dead on National Highway 12C in Ky Hoa commune, Ha Tinh province. Next to the victim's body was a motorbike without license plates, which was heavily damaged.
Upon receiving the information, the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police coordinated with Ky Hoa Commune Police and relevant units to be present at the scene to verify and clarify.
The victim's identity was identified as Mr. Duong Van Th (residing in Ky Thuong commune, Ha Tinh province).
According to initial assessments, it is possible that while driving a motorbike, Mr. Th was hit by another vehicle, leading to a fall and death.
Currently, functional agencies are investigating and clarifying the cause of the incident.
