On March 19, news from the People's Committee of Nam Da commune (Krong No district, Dak Nong) said that a body had just been discovered in the volcanic cave area.
Previously, at around 2:15 p.m. the same day, a group of people working in the fields discovered a decomposed body in the C7 cave area, in Nam Tan village, Nam Da commune.
The victim was identified as Mr. N.H.H (38 years old, residing in Hanoi). According to initial assessment, the victim may have died about a week ago.
Initially, the authorities determined that the victim may have had an accident and fallen into a deep ravine and died while exploring the cave.
The location of the incident was a grotto with a large slope, with a depth of about 15 - 20m. This is C7 cave, part of the Krong No volcanic cave system.
Currently, the authorities are continuing to clarify the incident.
