Cold fines for 223 cases of urban order violations in Hanoi in one day

Hanoi - Functional forces conducted cold fines for 223 cases of violations of urban order, public order and environmental sanitation on January 21.

On January 22, Hanoi City Police said that statistics on January 21, 2026, functional forces of Hanoi City Police discovered 223 cases with sufficient grounds to determine violations of urban order, public order and environmental sanitation.

Violations are handed over to the Police of communes and wards for verification and handling according to regulations.

Out of a total of 223 violations, 21 cases were detected through the surveillance camera system; 202 cases were recorded through direct reflection at the scene with images.

According to statistics, some communes and wards have a high number of cases of urban order violations, including: Hoan Kiem ward with 28 cases; Cua Nam ward 12 cases; Lang ward 11 cases; Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam, O Cho Dua, Phu Dien wards each recorded 10 violations.

Strengthening the application of surveillance camera systems and receiving direct reflections of violations at the scene contributes to improving the efficiency of urban order management, while gradually forming awareness of law compliance in the community.
