In which, Secretary General of the World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU) Pambis Kyritsis "highly appreciated the historical achievements of the Vietnamese people achieved under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, especially the 40th anniversary of Doi Moi, which made a decisive contribution to national independence, social progress, economic development and improving the lives and working conditions of the Vietnamese working class. WFTU believes that the 14th National Congress will continue to consolidate the socialist orientation in national development, promote social justice, peace and international solidarity, contributing to the struggle of the working class worldwide against exploitation, imperialism and all forms of injustice. Secretary General of the International Union of Construction, Building Materials and Timber (UITBB) Michalis Papanikolaou affirmed: "The Congress is a particularly important political event for the Party, State and People of Vietnam. The Congress is of decisive significance for continuing to make progress to achieve ambitious goals in the cause of building and developing the country, not subject to the intervention of imperialism, and firmly adhere to the socialist path"; and "believe that the Congress will pass important policies, bringing Vietnam to continue to achieve even greater achievements in the new era".
Secretary General of the International Union of Agriculture and Forestry (UIS TAACT) Freedy Huck believes that, in the context of a volatile, complex, and unpredictable world, "the next term of the Party Central Committee will successfully implement ambitious decisions for the benefit of Vietnamese workers and people".
Executive Director of the Australian People's Organization for Overseas Health, Education and Development (APHEDA) Kate Lee said: "This Congress marks an important turning point for Vietnam, aimed at assessing the results of many decades of renovation and setting out future development directions for the country. Chairman of the Cuban Workers Center (CTC) Osnay Miguel Colina Rodriguez recalled "On September 15, 1973, President Fidel disregarded all dangers to visit the liberated region of South Vietnam in Quang Tri province, with the desire to witness firsthand the fierce battlefield and the heroic struggle of the Vietnamese people. The LAB Trade Union "reaffirms the importance of strengthening links between workers' organizations, mass movements and progressive forces around the world; and expresses its desire to continue developing solidarity and cooperation with the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Vietnamese working class".
Mr. Kudratilla Rafikov, Chairman of the Trade Union Federation of Uzbekistan (FTUU), Honorary President of the Organization of Turkish Nations, Senator of Uzbekistan, noted that "through decades of implementing the "Innovation" policy, Vietnam has achieved truly unprecedented breakthroughs, which are assessed by the international community as an "economic miracle". Comparative analysis clearly shows the scale of these achievements: if in 1986, when the reforms began, Vietnam's GDP only reached about 20.6 billion USD, by early 2026, this figure had exceeded the impressive 500 billion USD mark, equivalent to an increase of more than 80 times" and sent warm congratulations to the Congress, considering this as "a milestone of particular importance in the country's political career, strategic orientation for Vietnam's further development".
