In the afternoon of July 28, Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Finance organized a conference to announce the Decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work.
At the conference, leaders of Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Home Affairs announced Decision No. 2789/QD-UBND dated July 28, 2026 of the Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Hoang Van Kien - Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Finance. The term of appointment is 5 years, from July 28, 2026.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Hoang Van Kien - the new Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Finance respectfully thanked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee for trusting and assigning the task. At the same time, he thanked the concern and support of agencies, units and colleagues in the working process.
The new Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Finance affirmed that this is an honor and also a great responsibility in the context that the province is entering a new stage of development with increasingly high requirements.
The new Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Finance committed to the collective leadership, officials, and civil servants of the Department of Finance to maintain solidarity and discipline; innovate thinking and working methods; improve the quality of advice, management and effective use of resources.
In the immediate future, the Department will focus on performing well the tasks of finance, budget, investment, administrative reform and digital transformation; upholding responsibility, public service ethics, not avoiding or shirking work.
The new Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Finance hopes to continue to receive the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee; the coordination of departments, agencies, branches, localities and the consensus of the collective of officials, civil servants, and employees of the Department of Finance, determined to successfully complete the assigned tasks, contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of the province.
