At M.L Co., Ltd. - a supermarket and hotpot and grill business, the inspection team pointed out many violations. The company's signboard does not fully show the name of the direct management agency and the establishment name according to the business registration certificate; and lacks information about addresses and contact phone numbers. In particular, on the advertising signboard, foreign characters are used, and the Vietnamese translation section below is not in accordance with regulations. Functional agencies have made a record of violations for 2 violations and issued a decision to fine the company a total amount of 40 million VND.
Continuing to inspect household business S.S, functional forces discovered that this establishment committed violations such as: Signboards not fully showing address information, phone number and establishment name according to the household business registration certificate. In addition, advertising content is in foreign language but without Vietnamese translation. The total fine for this household business is 20 million VND.
