According to the decision, the review team consists of 9 members, headed by Mr. Thai Thanh Binh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee; members include leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, the Provincial Inspectorate, the Department of Justice, the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Finance and the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee.
The review team has the task of directly monitoring, advising, and proposing to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to consider and give directions on contents related to removing difficulties and obstacles of backlog and prolonged projects in the province; and at the same time monitoring projects that have not yet completed the rectification of violations according to the conclusion of the Central Inspection Committee.
Based on the assigned tasks, the Team Leader will assign specific tasks to each member to ensure that the review and handling are carried out synchronously and effectively. The establishment of the Team to review and remove difficulties and obstacles for backlog and prolonged projects demonstrates the determination of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in strengthening leadership, direction, and removing "bottlenecks" that are hindering the development process.
This is also an important step to improve the efficiency of state management, accelerate the progress of handling slow-progressing projects, effectively use land resources and investment capital, create a transparent and open investment environment, contributing to promoting economic growth and strengthening the confidence of businesses and investors.
