On August 5, Politburo Member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Training Commission Trinh Van Quyet attended the 2026 All People's Day for National Security Protection (ANTQ) in Hoai Nhon Bac ward (Gia Lai).
This is a provincial-level model day with many activities such as projecting reports on the all-people movement to protect national security, performing stage skits, praising advanced examples, awarding prizes, giving gifts to policy families and launching the "Security Loudspeaker" model.
Over the past time, Hoai Nhon Bac Ward Police have proactively advised Party committees and authorities to mobilize the strength of the entire political system and people to participate in ensuring security and order.
People have provided more than 120 valuable sources of information, helping the police force definitively handle dozens of complex cases right from the grassroots level; cracked down on 8 cases with 14 subjects related to acts of buying, selling, storing, organizing the use and illegal use of drugs; cracked down on 3 gambling dens with 7 subjects and investigated and clarified a property robbery case in just 24 hours...
The locality also built and effectively maintained 7 self-management models on security and order. Prominent is the socialization movement "Camera security", with more than 80 cameras voluntarily contributed by people hundreds of millions of VND to install and cover key roads.
Directing at the festival, Head of the Central Propaganda and Training Commission Trinh Van Quyet acknowledged and praised the achievements of Hoai Nhon Bac ward and Gia Lai province in the all-people movement to protect national security; highly appreciated many effective models such as "Propagating, reforming, educating FULRO subjects in the community", "Security surveillance cameras", "Returning to faith, keeping peace in villages", "Good propaganda - Reconciliation successful, eliminating conflicts"...
The Head of the Central Propaganda and Training Commission requested the Party committees, authorities, agencies, units and socio-political organizations of the province to continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the Party's guidelines on building the all-people movement to protect national security, first of all Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW and Resolution No. 22-NQ/TW.
At the same time, determining to continue to promote the all-people movement to protect national security as a key and regular task, closely linked to ensuring social security and socio-economic development, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress and 2 100-year goals.
The Head of the Central Propaganda and Training Commission proposed that Gia Lai province study and select Hoai Nhon Bac as one of the pilot areas for the socialist ward model on the basis of discipline, safety, civilization, harmony, and development in the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW; implement it firmly, with specific products to replicate.
Regarding the police force, Mr. Trinh Van Quyet proposed to continue building a truly clean, strong, regular, elite, and modern force; do a good job of grasping the situation, strictly managing subjects, and not allowing hotspots to arise.
On this occasion, the Head of the Central Propaganda Department and leaders of Gia Lai province presented gifts to the collective of leaders and people of Hoai Nhon Bac ward, along with many policy families and individuals with outstanding achievements in building the all-people movement to protect national security in the area.
The Ministry of Public Security awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives and officials of Hoai Nhon Bac ward and Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa - Chairman of Hoai Nhon Bac Ward People's Committee - for their outstanding achievements in the movement "All people protect national security".
Gia Lai Provincial Police and Hoai Nhon Bac Ward People's Committee have praised and rewarded many typical collectives and individuals in ensuring security and order.
