The funding for implementing the Plan to support training and fostering to improve the quality of human resources in the private economic sector in the period 2026-2030 includes the State budget allocated in the annual budget estimate for departments, agencies, branches, People's Committees of communes, wards, special zones, and units according to the provisions of the State Budget Law and current budget decentralization.
Integrate funds from related programs and projects with the same objectives and contributions from the private economic sector; funds mobilized from socialized resources and other legal sources according to the provisions of law.
