9 Receiving teams at the departments and branches: Culture, Sports and Tourism, Education and Training, Agriculture and Environment, Construction, Provincial Inspectorate, Quang Ninh Economic Zone Management Board, Provincial Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board, Provincial Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board, Provincial Public Administration Service Center, headed by the Director, Head of the Department and Branch.
The handover team and the receiving team are responsible for implementing the handover and receipt of the following contents: Fungctions, tasks, organizational structure, staffing, finance, assets, facilities and professional tasks.
The deadline for completing the handover and acceptance is before July 1, 2025. The content of the handover and receipt shall be made into a specific handover record.
