Accordingly, in addition to the One-level Public Administration Service Center under the Provincial People's Committee, Quang Ninh will have 54 Public Administration Service Centers in communes, wards, and special zones and will be a dependent administrative organization, equivalent to the department level of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center; have seals and bank accounts to serve the collection of fees and charges.
The total number of staff, civil servants, employees, and labor contracts needed to operate the Provincial Public Administration Service Center is 390 targets, including 35 specialized targets at the Provincial Center and 355 targets at 54 Commune-level Public Administration Service Centers, 6 reception and return points.
