Localities, agencies, units, organizations, and related individuals are responsible for providing dossiers, documents, information and content related to mineral mines subject to review for the working group to conduct the review.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment to monitor and direct the activities of the working group; based on the review results and proposals of the working group, proactively handle and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to handle contents under their authority; promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee to thoroughly and promptly handle violations of mineral mines in the province in accordance with regulations.
